  • How can I book a stay in your Homely Spaces?
    We want to make everything stress-free! Follow these simple steps: 1. Click the 'Book Now' button on our website. 2. Enter the dates of your stay. All the properties available on your preferred dates will appear. 3. Select the Homely Space you want to book. 4. Take time to read our Terms and Conditions before hitting the 'Book' button. 5. Once booking is confirmed, submit requirements for verification by Superhog.
  • How much security deposit do I have to pay?
    SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform, will charge a non-refundable amount of £2 and, in some instances, pre-authorise £200 on the card used to book a Homely Space.
  • What is the check-in and check-out schedule?
    The standard check-in and check-out times are at 4:00 PM and 10:00 AM respectively if booked on OTAs. When booked directly, the check-in and check-out times are at 3:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively.
  • Which payment methods are accepted?
    We accept all major debit and credit cards, including American Express. We accept BACS payments as well.
  • Do you accept long-term bookings?
    Yes! Like short-term bookings, longer stays are also charged on a nightly basis, just like any other Airbnb in Bedford and nearby areas. Reach out to us directly through phone or email to enjoy discounted rates.
  • Can I rent a Homely Space?
    Homely Spaces caters to guests looking for short-term self-catering accommodation on a nightly basis. While we accept longer bookings of up to 28 days after which a new booking will have to be made, we do not offer tenancies for tenants looking for a primary residence. Longer stays are still chargeable per night, and guests would need to show proof of primary residence.
  • Do you welcome guests seeking temporary residence?
    Yes! Homely Spaces also offer short let for relocations. Homely Spaces cater for those looking for temporary residence, like people moving homes or those dealing with insurance claims.
  • How much do you charge per month?
    We don’t offer monthly rates. We charge nightly but can offer discounts for longer stays, e.g. one month, but each stay will be for a maximum of 28 days after which a new booking will have to be made.
  • Are pets allowed in your properties?
    Unfortunately, all our Homely Spaces do not currently allow pets.
  • Can I cancel or adjust the dates of my booking?
    Any request for changes in your booking arrangements needs to be communicated with us as soon as possible so we can discuss available options for you.
  • What is Stripe and what does it have to do with my booking?
    Our properties are protected by Stripe. Once you have paid for your booking, you will receive a booking validation link to verify your ID, provide your details for a pre-authorised damage deposit and sign our Short-Let Agreement. These three steps will need to be completed in order to confirm your stay.
